A GUITARIST.
A SINGER.
A SONGWRITER.

I’m Sullivan McCusker, the musician behind Sully Lou Music. I’m based in Fort Collins, where I’m forming a band to work on original songs and covers. I play lead guitar, sing, and write songs. My musical direction brings together contemporary rock, blues, and outlaw, and I’m looking for other musicians interested in developing that sound together.

The recordings on this site introduce the material I’m working with. You can listen to originals including “May Queen,” “Saddest Song,” “Sully, Is,” and “Rot Gut Whiskey Take My Mind,” along with a demo. The performance videos give you a different perspective: a chance to see me singing and playing rather than only hearing an audio recording.

The next step is to connect with skilled musicians and turn this material into a shared band project. I’m interested in collaborating on covers and originals, performing live, and recording in the studio. If you’re looking for a guitarist or singer, or you want to help build a band, I’d like to hear from you.

Send me a message with your instrument, where you’re based, and the music you’re interested in playing. If you have a demo or performance clip, include it so we can hear each other’s work and start talking about how our styles might fit.
